Stephen Birch's appeal was rejected by the
Government |
Robert Murat's backyard, the location where Stephen Birch says
Madeleine McCann is buried, a few hundred metres away
from the Ocean Club, from where the English child
disappeared in May 2007, is not going to be inspected by
the authorities.
In a letter sent by the Prime Minister's Office in response to
Stephen Birch's appeal, the Judiciary Police ensures the
place was searched “with a Ground Penetrating Radar on
the 4th and the 5th August 2007 without any success” as
stated in the process.
Stephen Birch who searched the same place from the 16th till the
27th Juin this year with a geo-radar (see infographic)
says that “the place hasn't been properly searched “
because “it was covered by vegetation and building
construction material debris”.
“Someone is covering up something. I believe that the investigation
was prematurely closed due to diplomatic issues between
Portugal and England”, said Stephen Birch to CM. |
