THE parents of
Madeleine McCann joined the friends and
families of other
missing people for a charity run yesterday.
Kate and
Gerry McCann, whose three-year-old daughter vanished on
holiday in Portugal four years ago, completed the
10km
run
in Regent's Park, London. They were joined by Peter Lawrence, father of
missing chef Claudia, and Rachel
Elias, sister of Manic Street Preachers guitarist Richey Edwards, who
vanished.
Kate said: 'We are very glad to be supporting the charity Missing People
once more and helping them continue to be a lifeline when someone
disappears.' |
