Madeleine has been missing since last week after disappearing whilst on holiday with her family in Portugal. Saturday, May 12 marks her fourth birthday and Everton are urging all supporters who may have been on holiday to the Algarve in the last fortnight to examine their holiday pictures for any possible clue as to Madeleine's whereabouts.
Everton players and Portugal internationals Nuno Valente and Manuel Fernandes have appealed for any information that may help in finding Madeleine.
And they were joined by captain Phil Neville who yesterday issued a statement on behalf of the whole squad.
"Everton has fans all over the world and I know that they, along with everyone connected with the football club, are hoping and praying for Madeleine's safe return. Our thoughts are very much with the family at this extremely distressing time," said Phil on Thursday.
Manager David Moyes added: "Everybody here is desperately wanting to hear good news and my thoughts and prayers are with the family. If anybody out there knows anything, please come forward."
