Suspect Gives Second DNA Sample

The only person named as a suspect in the Madeleine McCann inquiry has given a
second DNA sample to police.
Robert Murat - who vehemently denies any involvement in the four-year-old's disappearance - has already been questioned by police
and had his home searched.
Police say the second swab was taken from the 33-year-old Briton two days ago
and was needed as the original may not have been sufficient.
It may also have been contaminated or lost.
Meanwhile, a police spokesman grimly admitted the "terrible" prospect
that Madeleine may have been abducted by paedophiles involved in child
pornography.
However, he said: "It would be difficult for films made with the child to
enter the circles of child pornography for all of those will be analysed with a
magnifying glass."
Police also have to consider that Madeleine's body may have been dumped after a
sexual predator had "satisfied their desires", he said.
The investigation - launched after the child was taken on May 3 from her
family's holiday apartment in the Algarve - is thought to be one of
the most expensive in Portuguese history.
But
police have vowed: "Human life does not have a price and we
will continue until we find Madeleine."
