Maddie’s
mother competes in talent show
Kate
McCann is the representative of a choir
composed of the family members of
missing persons.
Although
the secret audition stage of the new
series of Britain's Got Talent has only
just begun, there is already a clear
favorite to win. It is the mother of
Madeleine McCann, the little girl who
disappeared in Portugal in 2007, who is
involved.
Kate
McCann is ambassador and member of the
Missing People Choir, a coral group
formed of the family members of missing
people.
According
to The Sun, the group sand the song “I
Miss You” on stage and left the talent
show jury members in tears, having
already been hinted at as being one of
the favourites to win the competition.
Kate did
not take part in the audition which left
the presenters Alesha Dixon and Amanda
Holden “very emotional”, but the English
woman will join the choir when the
programme is screened live.
The new
series of Britain’s Got Talent is set to
run live in May, precisely upon the 10th
anniversary of Madeleine McCann’s
disappearance, it will be at the moment
that Kate will appear on British
television. |
